MyLLC.com's online order form is designed to ensure we obtain from you all of the information needed to form your LLC according to your state's specific guidelines.

Before submitting your documents to the state, we will do a preliminary check to make sure the name you have chosen is available. In the rare and unfortunate instance that it's not, we will contact you immediately and assist you in finding a viable name.

Our formation experts take it from here. When your filing request comes in, it is immediately assigned to a formation expert who will have initial documents ready for you to review within 24-48 hours. We will then file these documents with the appropriate state agency.

Up until the time we receive your filed documents from the state, we will prepare all additional paperwork relating to your LLC (Operating Agreement, notice of meetings and minutes, etc).

Additional services we can provide you are: obtaining Federal ID Number (EIN), corporate kit, certificate of good standing. This will all be sent to you via FedEx, along with your filed formation documents.
